Key Responsibilities

• Advise on labor and employment law, including employee relations, performance management, and wage issues
• Manage labor and employment claims and grievances, driving disputes to rapid resolutions
• Conduct internal investigations and provide legal input for responses to agency charges

Required Qualifications

• Active U.S. state bar membership in good standing
• 3+ years of employment law experience with litigation management experience
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws
• Ability to analyze complex employment laws and provide effective counsel
• Flexibility for up to 20% business-related travel
