Job Summary
Advising clients on California labor and employment law compliance, the full-time Employment Law (PAGA) Attorney will lead PAGA litigation matters, monitor legal developments, and build strong client relationships while working primarily in a remote environment with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Lead PAGA litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation
- Advise clients on compliance with California labor and employment laws to mitigate risk
- Drive business development through client presentations and networking
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of California Employment Law experience
- Active license and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- Recent experience defending against PAGA claims and Class Actions
- Experience with public entity defense is a plus
