Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - U.S. Employment Law (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of the employment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and manage pre-litigation matters
• Develop and implement employment policies and deliver training on key employment law topics

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission in good standing to at least one U.S. state bar
• A minimum of 3+ years' employment law experience, with expertise in California employment law
• Experience advising on multi-state U.S. employment issues
• Prior in-house legal experience is strongly preferred
