California Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist (CA Payer Experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the payer enrollment process for new providers with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare
• Data entry of relevant dates in CredentialStream and review provider records for accuracy
• Follow up with health plans on application status and collaborate with the credentialing team

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payer enrollment
• Medicare/Medicaid payer experience is required
• Prior experience with California Payer Enrollment is highly desirable
• Experience with RCM - Enrollment claim resolution preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
