California Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Guiding individuals through the participant-directed services enrollment process, the full-time remote California Enrollment Specialist will manage documentation, provide education, and resolve barriers to ensure successful self-direction for clients with disabilities or chronic illnesses.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment by supporting individuals and providers in completing necessary documentation and processing requirements
• Educate participants on program rules, financial management systems, and self-direction best practices
• Identify and resolve barriers to timely enrollment while collaborating with case management and service coordination entities

Required qualifications

• Related Bachelor's Degree preferred; substantial professional experience may substitute for formal education
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience serving individuals with disabilities and/or aging adults preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
• High aptitude for process assessment and improvement
• Availability between 8 AM - 7 PM PST
