Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and collaborative California Executive Director, the full-time remote position will manage the development and execution of a multi-year strategic roadmap, foster industry partnerships, and oversee organizational operations within the media and entertainment sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HPA's multi-year strategic roadmap
- Identify and pursue industry partnerships, collaborations, and revenue opportunities
- Lead annual budgeting, financial oversight, and vendor management
Required qualifications:
- Proven executive leadership experience within a nonprofit, association, or member-based organization
- Strong strategic planning, governance, and organizational management skills
- Experience working with boards of directors and executive committees
- Demonstrated financial management and budgeting expertise
- Knowledge of the media and entertainment industry preferred
