California Executive Function Coach

Job Summary

Seeking compassionate and professional Executive Functioning Learning Specialists, this part-time remote position will coach clients 1-on-1 using a structured curriculum to enhance their organization, planning, and self-advocacy skills, requiring approximately 12-15 hours of work per week.

Key responsibilities

• Coach clients virtually using The Ladder Method's curriculum and methodology
• Guide clients in improving time management, task initiation, planning, and organization
• Document progress and communicate regularly with the internal team while maintaining professionalism and empathy

Required qualifications

• Background in coaching, psychology, education, counseling, or a related field
• BA or BS degree required
• Strong understanding of executive functioning and its impact on learning and productivity
• Experience working with neurodivergent individuals is a plus
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule
