Job Summary

To support a growing digital legal platform, the contract California Family Law Attorney will review prenuptial agreements generated on the platform, providing counsel and ensuring clients understand the terms while working remotely for up to 10 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review prenups on the digital platform and provide feedback to clients
• Flag important clauses and respond to comments from opposing counsel
• Ensure clients understand the terms of the prenuptial agreements and address any questions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a family law attorney
• Deep understanding of and experience with prenuptial agreements
• Licensed and in good standing to practice in the state of California
• Must carry your own Professional Liability Insurance
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills
