Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities
  • File and litigate cases in California federal district courts, ensuring compliance with FRCP and local rules
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for state and federal court while conducting case assessments and independent legal research
  • Take and defend depositions, attend court appearances, and participate in pre-trial preparation and trial
Required Qualifications
  • CA State Bar, in good standing (required)
  • Active admission to at least one California federal district court (required)
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for federal court experience
  • Lemon Law or consumer protection experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CM/ECF (PACER), and document management software
