California Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting key financial operations remotely, the full-time California Finance Analyst will assist with financial reporting, forecasting, billing, reconciliations, and expense tracking while collaborating with Corporate Finance and Project Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and submit accurate monthly project financial reports to Corporate Finance
• Monitor variances from forecasts and track overall financial status
• Prepare monthly accruals and manage client billings and vendor invoice reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0-3 years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in financial auditing and understanding of cost reimbursable contracts
• Strong organizational skills for project tracking and management
• California residency is required for this position
