California Fund Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fund Accounting Supervisor responsible for overseeing fund accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day fund accounting and administration
• Review work prepared by junior team members and fund administrators for accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate audit and tax processes, including support and documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, or fund accounting
• 2+ years of private equity and/or venture capital fund experience
• CPA preferred (active or in progress)
• Experience with fund accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
