California General Liability Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote California General Liability Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate a high-volume General Liability docket for a Senior Managing Partner
• Serve as primary liaison between attorneys, legal administrative assistants, and other paralegals for efficient case management
• Draft and prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions and pleadings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of General Liability Defense litigation experience
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Westlaw, PACER, and File & Serve Xpress
• Experience handling California litigation is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a large caseload with a high degree of accuracy
