Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, contract management, law, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in government contract and subcontract management
• Expertise in federal compliance (FAR, CFR) and California state agency contracts preferred
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
