California Grants Program Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Program Specialist (Wildfire Long-Term Recovery Programs).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the California Wildfires Grants team with full-cycle grants management
• Conduct reviews of grant applications and financials for compliance using the Grant Management System
• Coordinate meeting documentation and track task progress for grant management team meetings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with grant management, technical writing, project management, and data analysis
• Strong skills in using systems to track and measure program progress
• Preferred experience with Red Cross and community-based disaster recovery processes
