Job Summary

Managing a team within the Legal Department, the full-time H-2A Services Manager will oversee the submission and approval of H-2A petitions, provide leadership to staff, and ensure compliance with immigration regulations while working onsite three days a week with remote flexibility for two days.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team responsible for preparing and filing H-2A petitions and related legal documents
  • Interface with state and federal government agencies and respond to inquiries regarding H-2A program questions
  • Develop policies and compliance manuals to assist members in navigating H-2A regulations and improve departmental efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (foreign degree equivalent acceptable)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management involving a large volume of cases for private, governmental, or non-profit entities
  • At least 6 months of experience coordinating immigration cases with familiarity in the U.S. immigration system
  • Experience in completing and filing U.S. immigration forms and petitions
  • Ability to travel up to 5% for trade conferences primarily in California and Arizona
