Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field sales team with clear performance expectations and KPIs
  • Develop and execute territory-wide sales strategies to increase agent productivity and achieve growth targets
  • Oversee large key agency relationships and ensure effective engagement across assigned territories
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in P&C insurance brokerage distribution, including 7+ years leading field or territory sales teams
  • Deep experience managing large agency/broker relationships in California
  • Demonstrated success in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms; experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Highly strategic, data-driven, and organized, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
