Job Summary

Providing cross-line operational support, the full-time California Home Care Operations Coordinator will manage client and caregiver communications, schedule changes, and operational tasks in a remote environment while ensuring smooth service delivery from late morning through evening.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and triage client, family, and caregiver inquiries across service lines
  • Handle reactive schedule support, including caregiver call-outs and same-day adjustments
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to maintain accurate documentation and ensure consistent service delivery
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in home care operations, scheduling, or client services within a licensed home care agency
  • Direct experience communicating with caregivers and clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with schedule changes and caregiver support strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
