Job Summary

Coordinating durable medical equipment and respiratory services, the full-time Hospital Care Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between healthcare facilities and SuperCare Health, ensuring compliance with documentation and regulatory standards while managing equipment delivery and inventory.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for hospital personnel regarding equipment coordination and delivery
  • Verify and maintain accurate documentation and physician orders prior to patient engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely equipment delivery and maintain inventory levels
Required qualifications
  • Experience in the medical supply, HME, or healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in customer service and coordination
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 75 lbs
