Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Human Resources Business Partner II.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client HR issues while providing proactive support and best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients to exceed expectations and maintain high ethical standards
• Provide recommendations and share knowledge with clients and team members to enhance HR practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven results
• Must be located in the Milpitas, San Francisco, San Jose, or Pleasanton, CA area
• A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience or military experience is acceptable
• HR certification or willingness to pursue within the first year is a plus
