Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with strategic advisors to align and execute talent strategies and organizational design initiatives
• Coach leaders on HR programs, including performance management and career development
• Support day-to-day HR needs and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across business functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or GPHR)
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in technology-focused or high-growth environments
• 2+ years in a business partner or HR manager role
• Proficiency in managing HR data and experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
