California HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HRBP coverage across divisions during peak hiring cycles and ensure uninterrupted HR service delivery
• Source and recruit diverse talent and administer the full-cycle hiring process
• Analyze workforce data and support employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Communications, or a relevant field; or equivalent experience
• 4 years of professional experience in the Human Resources field
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices
• Current HR Certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment
• Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language is highly preferred
