• Drive activities to support a healthy work culture and address employee-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Partner or in client-facing/consulting roles
• Experience with an international workforce and leadership in complex environments
• Strong technical skills including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems
• California Professional HR certification preferred
