California HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting HR strategies and aligning them with organizational goals, the full-time California HR Business Partner will manage day-to-day HR tasks, facilitate corporate training initiatives, and implement automation and AI solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and execute human resource programs, including onboarding, compliance, and employee support
• Identify and implement HR process improvements using automation tools to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Train and mentor HR staff on automation and AI technology implementation while maintaining knowledge of HR trends and regulations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications
• Experience with AI tools such as JSM, ChatGPT, and Google NotebookLM
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related state and federal laws, particularly in California and Virginia
• Experience with automated HR workflows and HRIS modules like ADP or Workday
