Job Summary

Partnering with managers and leadership teams, the full-time California HR Business Partner will implement people strategies, manage the employee lifecycle, and drive employee engagement initiatives both onsite and for remote employees across the US.

Key responsibilities
  • Build organizational capability to support business priorities with a focus on employee relations and business partnering
  • Drive and recommend strategies to enhance retention, employee engagement, and leadership development
  • Own the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and exit procedures
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the hi-tech sector
  • Excellent knowledge of state and federal labor laws
  • HR Certification is a plus
  • Preferred experience in a multinational/global organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across multiple levels within the organization
