California HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support on employee relations matters, including performance conversations and conflict resolution
• Administer benefits, including open enrollment and vendor coordination, while supporting data analysis related to benefits programs
• Maintain employee records and manage HR systems, contributing to HR initiatives across multiple functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CBP) preferred
• Five years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations and benefits administration required
• Familiarity with California employment practices strongly preferred
• Experience in a fully remote or technology-driven work environment is a plus
