Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to enhance employee experiences and manage HR operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll cycles and maintain payroll records for compliance
• Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain employee profiles across HR systems
• Support employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy development

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with California employment law and HRIS/payroll systems
• Strong background in employee relations and resolving complex HR issues
• Ability to work in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities
