Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage employee relations and provide HR support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions and workplace complaints, ensuring timely resolution
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters and support them through conflict resolution and performance management
  • Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations cases
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Solid understanding of labor and employment law and best practices in employee relations
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
