Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage employee relations and provide HR support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions and workplace complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters and support them through conflict resolution and performance management
- Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations cases
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Solid understanding of labor and employment law and best practices in employee relations
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
