Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage employee relations and support HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and performance issues, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management best practices
- Provide guidance on HR policies and support HR operations, including recruitment and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in employee relations
- Experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations cases
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Solid understanding of labor and employment law and HR best practices
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
