Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage employee relations and support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and performance issues, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management best practices
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and support HR operations, including recruitment and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in employee relations
  • Experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations cases
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Solid understanding of labor and employment law and HR best practices
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
