California HR Generalist

Job Summary

Experienced in fast-paced HR environments, the full-time remote California HR Generalist will manage end-to-end HR processes, serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with employment laws while supporting HR operations through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point-of-contact for employee inquiries, providing professional and timely support
• Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience
• Maintain HRIS systems and employee records with high accuracy and confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with increasing responsibility
• 3+ years of HRIS experience and HR systems administration
• Multi-state HR experience, with California HR experience preferred
• Experience leveraging HR data analytics for reporting and insights
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
