California HR Generalist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary HR contact for assigned offices in the western region, the full-time Regional Human Resources Generalist will provide consultative and operational HR support, facilitate core HR processes, and promote a positive employee experience while working remotely from California.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees in assigned regional offices
• Partner with office leadership to enhance employee engagement and manage staffing needs
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and performance management activities in collaboration with centralized HR teams

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in California
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with substantial California expertise
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting California employment practices and laws
• Experience in supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
