California HR Generalist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary HR contact for assigned offices in the western region, the full-time Regional Human Resources Generalist will provide consultative and operational HR support, facilitate core HR processes, and enhance employee engagement while working remotely from California.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees in assigned regional offices
• Partner with office leadership to enhance employee engagement and support staffing needs
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring accurate HR documentation and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in California and have experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with substantial California expertise
• Demonstrated experience with California employment practices and laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
