California HR Generalist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary HR contact for assigned offices, the full-time Regional Human Resources Generalist in California will provide consultative and operational HR support, facilitate core HR processes, and promote a positive employee experience in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across assigned regional offices
• Partner with office leadership to enhance employee engagement and address staffing needs
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes while ensuring compliance with HR policies

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in California and have experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with substantial California expertise
• Demonstrated knowledge of California employment practices and laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
