California HR Generalist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary HR contact for assigned offices in the western region, the full-time California HR Generalist will provide consultative and operational HR support, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and compliance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees in assigned regional offices
• Partner with office leadership to enhance employee engagement and staffing initiatives
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes while coordinating with Recruiting and HR operations teams

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in California
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with substantial California expertise
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
• Demonstrated knowledge of California employment practices and laws
