Job Summary

Hands-on and operational, the full-time California HR Manager will execute people programs, ensure compliance, and support managers within a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the HR team, ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services
• Execute people programs aligned with company strategy and support workforce planning and talent processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of California employment law
• Experience in multi-location and warehouse environments
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment
