California HR Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Project Manager (Temp).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Lead the implementation of human resources strategic policies and support supervisors in employee review processes
• Manage the HR and IS Team budgets and oversee the employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Five (5) years of human resources experience
• Proficiency in MacOs and GSuite
• Budget management experience and knowledge of labor laws, particularly in a union environment
• Ability to perform all functions of the position with reasonable accommodations
