Job Summary

Key responsibilities

• Act as a point of escalation for policy interpretation and work-related problem resolution
• Coach executives through organizational challenges and talent strategies
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Operations teams to deliver on talent and operational plans

Required qualifications

• Strong grounding in program management and core HR domains, including org design and employee relations
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience working with distributed or global teams across time zones
