California Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary HR contact for assigned offices in the West Region, the full-time Regional Human Resources Generalist will provide operational HR support, facilitate core HR processes, and promote a positive employee experience while working remotely from California.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees in assigned regional offices
• Partner with office leadership to enhance employee engagement and support staffing needs
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes in collaboration with centralized HR teams

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in California
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with substantial California expertise
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
• Strong understanding of California employment practices and laws
