Job Summary

To support a growing immigration practice, the full-time California Immigration Legal Writer will draft correspondence and memoranda, collaborate with attorneys, and adhere to government deadlines while working remotely from a state with a physical office.

Key responsibilities

• Draft correspondence and memoranda relevant to the immigration practice
• Collaborate with immigration attorneys to develop strategies for client cases
• Ensure compliance with government deadlines for immigration documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 4+ years of paralegal experience in a business immigration practice
• Experience in legal research and document preparation for immigration matters
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Ability to translate complex facts into clear and persuasive content
