Job Summary

Converting prospective member inquiries into scheduled consultations, the full-time California Inside Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound lead communications, guide prospects through the program discovery process, and ensure a high standard of member experience while meeting individual booking targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage a real-time lead queue across multiple inbound channels and respond promptly to all leads
  • Conduct outbound outreach and follow-up with prospects to secure consultations and collect fees
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and participate in KPI reviews to track performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, consultative sales, or a high-volume phone-based role
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume lead queue
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets in a metrics-driven environment
