Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or marketing-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, lending, or small business advising
• Intermediate or advanced computer skills
• Experience with creating basic financial reports
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
