California IP Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IP Litigation Attorney for a fully remote contract engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and revise expert rebuttal reports in active IP litigation matters
• Prepare and support motion practice, including legal research, drafting, and filing
• Develop mediation statements in collaboration with the litigation team

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Intellectual Property Litigation experience (required)
• Active U.S. bar license in good standing (any jurisdiction)
• Experience litigating IP matters in U.S. District Court and/or Circuit Court
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage high-stakes litigation deliverables
• Proven experience with expert reports, motion practice, subpoenas, discovery, and mediation preparation
