California IRB Reliance Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the efficiency of the Human Research Protection Program, the full-time IRB Reliance Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for ceded study submissions and utilize reliance tracking systems to process and monitor reliance agreements in a 100% remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ceded study submissions and act as the main contact for external IRB reliance
• Utilize reliance tracking systems to process and monitor reliance agreements
• Prepare correspondence ranging from routine to moderately complex as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of IRB experience
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline
• Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
• Preferred: Master's degree
