Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Lead - II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee IT support operations and manage system configurations in a GxP environment
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective system integration and support
  • Plan and execute IT solutions while managing multiple priorities under indirect supervision
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT systems management or operational support
  • Experience in a GxP environment, preferably in biotech or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong knowledge of commissioning, qualification, and validation processes
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficiency in working within secure network environments and familiarity with technology products
