Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT support operations and manage system configurations in a GxP environment
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective system integration and support
- Plan and execute IT solutions while managing multiple priorities under indirect supervision
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in IT systems management or operational support
- Experience in a GxP environment, preferably in biotech or pharmaceuticals
- Strong knowledge of commissioning, qualification, and validation processes
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency in working within secure network environments and familiarity with technology products
