California Lab Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up, clean, inspect, and deliver laboratory glassware and reusable plasticware
• Handle biologically contaminated materials following established safety procedures
• Operate and maintain lab equipment including autoclaves and glass washers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (college graduates or students welcome)
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs)
• Willingness to learn and follow written and verbal procedures
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in lab environments with PPE and biohazards
