California Law Externship

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Law Extern for Summer 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with drafting discovery responses and preparing for mediation/arbitration/trial
• Work independently and/or as part of a team to draft pleadings and gather necessary documents
• Perform legal research as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must be a 2nd or 3rd year law student (or 4th year in a part-time program or JD/MBA program) enrolled in an ABA-approved law school
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Interest in civil litigation, personal injury, and insurance
• Self-directed and able to work with little supervision
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
