Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Performance Enablement Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate PerformYard enablement and manager training through live sessions and job aids
  • Develop and distribute communications supporting performance cycles and create operational cadences
  • Build and operationalize the California Manager Academy and curate training content for compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in performance enablement or L&D program leadership
  • Experience implementing performance management platforms, preferably PerformYard
  • Proven track record in designing manager enablement programs that drive measurable behavior change
  • Experience delivering training in regulated environments, particularly in California
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
