Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Performance Enablement Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate PerformYard enablement and manager training through live sessions and job aids
- Develop and distribute communications supporting performance cycles and create operational cadences
- Build and operationalize the California Manager Academy and curate training content for compliance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance enablement or L&D program leadership
- Experience implementing performance management platforms, preferably PerformYard
- Proven track record in designing manager enablement programs that drive measurable behavior change
- Experience delivering training in regulated environments, particularly in California
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
