Key Responsibilities

• Act as the expert on California leave laws and lead the ADA interactive process for employees seeking accommodations
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with various departments to ensure proper benefit integration and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• CPDM, CLMS, SHRM, or PHR certification desired
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering leaves in a multi-site organization
• Expert knowledge of California-specific leave laws and federal regulations
• Proficiency in an enterprise-level leave tracking platform
