Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Specialist responsible for administering Family Medical Leave Act policies and supporting clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist associates with Leave of Absence requests and guide them through the process
  • Process all Leave of Absence paperwork according to established procedures and laws
  • Administer the FMLA policy and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5 years of FMLA claim administration or related field experience
  • Current experience in the integrated disability and absence management industry
  • Solid understanding of FMLA and employment regulations
  • Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
