Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave & Human Resources Specialist - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all aspects of Leave of Absence programs, including various federal and state leave laws
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding leave requests and accommodations, ensuring compliance with ADA and FEHA
  • Maintain employee records, manage leave tracking, and support general HR tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience administering California leave programs (PDL, CFRA, FMLA, ADA/FEHA)
  • Proficiency in Dayforce and/or other HRIS systems
  • Residence in CA, AZ, MI, TX, KY, MN, or FL
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with workers' compensation and leave tracking metrics is preferred
