Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave & Human Resources Specialist - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer all aspects of Leave of Absence programs, including various federal and state leave laws
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding leave requests and accommodations, ensuring compliance with ADA and FEHA
- Maintain employee records, manage leave tracking, and support general HR tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience administering California leave programs (PDL, CFRA, FMLA, ADA/FEHA)
- Proficiency in Dayforce and/or other HRIS systems
- Residence in CA, AZ, MI, TX, KY, MN, or FL
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with workers' compensation and leave tracking metrics is preferred
