Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer all aspects of employee leave programs including FMLA, parental, medical, and personal leaves
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records for payroll, benefits, and compliance purposes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in US disability/leave administration or HR compliance
  • Deep understanding of federal and state disability and paid family leave laws
  • Familiarity with California statutory leave and disability programs
  • Experience administering workers compensation plans and managing claims preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
